These Terms of Service govern your use of giftcardshop.org (the "Service"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Final legal text is being finalized; this placeholder is published so we can launch in soft mode.
1. Service description
We resell digital gift cards sourced from third-party fulfillment vendors (Bitrefill, GlobeTopper, Reloadly and similar). Settlement is in cryptocurrency via BTCPay Server.
2. Payment
Payment is in Bitcoin or Lightning. Orders are non-cancellable once the corresponding on-chain or Lightning payment has been broadcast. Pricing is locked at invoice creation; FX fluctuation after that point is on the merchant, not the buyer.
3. Delivery
Gift card codes are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, immediately after the underlying vendor confirms fulfillment. Most orders deliver within seconds; some vendors take up to a few minutes.
4. Refunds
Refund policy is detailed at /refunds. In short: refunds are only possible before code delivery; once a code is revealed, the order is final.
5. Liability
We are not liable for issues with the underlying brand (expired cards, regional restrictions, brand-side fraud detection). We are liable for fulfillment failures on our side and for misrouted codes.
6. Acceptable use
Use of the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful purpose is prohibited. Suspected accounts may be frozen pending review.
