Digital gift cards are non-returnable once delivered. This policy explains the narrow set of cases where a refund is possible.
Refund is possible if:
- The order failed on our side and no code was ever delivered
- The underlying vendor explicitly rejected the order after payment
- The code delivered was revealed and is independently confirmed to be invalid or used (rare)
Refund is NOT possible if:
- You revealed a code and changed your mind
- The brand rejects the code at redemption for buyer-side reasons (wrong region, account flagged)
- You paid the wrong amount (Lightning underpayment / overpayment)
How refunds are paid
In the original cryptocurrency, to the receiving address (Lightning) or refund address (on-chain) you specify after contacting /contact. Network fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Timing
Approved refunds are paid within 3 business days of confirmation.
