What we collect
- Email (delivery address; required)
- BTCPay invoice metadata (order ID, paid amount, settlement TX)
- Voucher reveal audit (timestamp, IP, user agent — see /terms)
- For reseller accounts: contact name, company, optional KYC documents when triggered
What we do NOT collect
- Card numbers (no card payments accepted)
- Government IDs for retail buyers below KYC threshold
- Tracking cookies for advertising
Retention
Order records: 7 years (tax compliance). Email logs: 90 days. IP for voucher reveal: 12 months.
