As soon as your Bitcoin or Lightning payment confirms (typically under a minute on Lightning, 10 to 30 minutes on-chain), the redemption code is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
Where can I redeem this card?
This card is redeemable on the GrabFood Thailand platform serving Thaïlande. Codes are not transferable to other regional stores.
Does the card expire?
Expiration depends on the brand and country. Most cards in our catalogue stay valid for 12 to 24 months from the issue date; the exact terms are linked in the email when the code is delivered.
Can I get a refund if something goes wrong?
Yes - if the vendor fails to deliver a working code we refund the equivalent in Bitcoin to the address you paid from. We do not refund already-delivered codes (industry standard for gift cards).
Do I need an account to buy?
No. The only thing we collect is the email address that receives the code, and Bitcoin pays for the order. There is no signup, no card on file, no recurring charge. Prices are quoted in THB.
